Knoxville Institute of Dermatology is excited to announce the opening of their new dermatology office in Knoxville, Tennessee! We have moved our office to a new, larger facility on top of Bearden Hill just a quarter mile west on Kingston Pike from our old office. Our new office address is 6516 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919.Our new dermatology office includes approximately 10,000 square feet of space, more than tripling the space of our old office. All three of our board-certified dermatologists, Elizabeth Anderson, MD, Quyn Rahman, MD, and Adam Wright, MD, will see patients in this new office. In addition to comprehensive adult and pediatric dermatology, we will also be providing a full suite of cosmetic services in the Knoxville office, including Fraxel Laser, Clear and Brilliant Laser, Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Juvederm, Voluma, Restylane, Perlane, spider vein treatment, and chemical peels.We are also excited to announce that our new facility includes a full Mohs surgery suite and Mohs laboratory. Dr. Adam Wright is the only fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon in Knoxville. Mohs surgery is the most effective technique for removing Basal Cell Carcinoma and Squamous Cell Carcinoma, the most common types of skin cancer. Using this specialized and advanced technique, cure rates for basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma are as high as 98 percent with Mohs, significantly higher than the rates for other skin cancer treatments.We hope to provide even better service to our dermatology patients in this new office!
