Elizabeth Anderson Dermatology in Knoxville, Tennessee is excited to announce that Dr. Quyn Rahman has joined the practice! Dr. Rahman will begin seeing patients on April 2, 2013.Dr. Rahman attended the University of Southern California School of Medicine and graduated with highest honors. She completed her dermatology residency at the University of California, Los Angeles and served as chief resident during her final year. Driven by her passion to provide the most comprehensive dermatologic care for her patients, Dr. Rahman pursued additional training in dermatopathology. She completed fellowship training at the prestigious Ackerman Academy of Dermatopathology in New York. Since completing training, Dr. Rahman has worked in private practice in Atlanta and served as a clinical instructor to dermatology residents at Emory University and SUNY Downstate Medical Center.Dr. Rahman holds dual board certification in dermatology and dermatopathology. She is a fellow member of the American Academy of Dermatology and an associate member of the American Society of Dermatopathology. Dr. Rahman enjoys seeing patients of all ages and with all dermatologic conditions. She prides herself on combining the highest quality dermatologic care with outstanding patient-centered customer service. With dermatopathology training, Dr. Rahman is able to provide rapid and accurate diagnoses of various skin conditions. She is also especially interested in the artistic aspect of cosmetic dermatology and finds great joy in assisting her patients in enhancing their appearance and self-esteem.Dr. Rahman is excited to join the Knoxville community where her husband, a cardiologist, has called home for many years.
